Effective as of  Mar 14, 2024, Cluster Exploration Limited and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively referred to as "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") have updated our Privacy Policy ("Policy").

This Privacy Policy applies to the use of our website at https://www.chatisland.com, including all subpages and associated sites or pages (collectively referred to as the "Website"), as well as the Chatisland mobile app accessible through browsers on mobile phones, tablet computers, and personal computers (collectively referred to as the "App" or the "Service" ). Chatisland  is designed to help you engage with other users located nearby to you. We use your Geolocation Data that is approximate and generalized rather than precise, such as the state, province, or country you access the services from. (e.g., by using the GPS on your mobile device) to enable the intended functionality. This will be enabled only if you explicitly give us permission to access your location. You can disable this at any given time by changing the location permissions on your device. Please keep in mind that when you use Chatisland, other users can view your location data and they may use it for purposes you did not intend, or disclose it to individuals or entities outside of our control and without our and your knowledge. The information you provide may be subject to abuse, misuse, and monitoring by others, and you share this information at your own risk. It is important to note that this data is used solely for moderation purposes and is treated with the utmost confidentiality and security.

b. Shared content:

This may include descriptions, pictures, videos, comments, and other shared content that you upload or publish. Depending on where it is posted, this content may be publicly viewable by others. You have the ability to remove your photos and other content at any time through your account settings. Please note that you should not upload content about another individual unless you have their express permission to do so. When communicating with other users, the pictures and text messages sent are processed to ensure the security and operation of services and the safety of our user community.

c. Device information:

We collect certain information about the device you use to access the Service, such as the unique device identifier, IP address, MAC address, user agent, mobile carrier, time zone settings, device model, device system, system language, network type, device IDs, screen resolution, operating system, app and file names and types, audio settings, and connected audio devices. This information helps us diagnose application performance and optimize user experience. The data collected may vary based on your device settings and permissions granted to the app.

We use cookies and similar technologies on Chatisland to recognize you and/or your device(s). By signing in to Chatisland using your Apple ID, Google Account, you grant permission for the respective third parties to share certain information with Chatisland.
